Vodafone App Access Issues and Ineffective Customer Service

I'm addressing this to those considering switching to Vodafone: Unfortunately, be cautious of their Vodafone app's "opportunities world." I've been unable to access it, and when I called customer service, they disappointingly assured me it would be fixed within 72 hours. Unfortunately, despite the passing of the 72 hours, the issue remains unresolved. I did some online research and unfortunately discovered that I'm not alone in facing this problem. It's disheartening to learn that many others are also struggling, and it seems that there is no clear solution on the horizon. Unfortunately, I've noticed that Vodafone's customer service representatives disappointingly lack the necessary knowledge to provide assistance. I'm sorry, but they're just not capable of providing assistance. If you're considering switching to Vodafone, unfortunately, you may encounter app access issues and a customer service experience that may not meet your expectations.
