Vodafone's Internet Outage Nightmare

My internet connection has been down for a week at this point. However, Vodafone customer service representatives continue to assure them that the problem will be resolved within the next day, citing only sporadic disruptions as the cause of their assurances. When the technical support team arrived, they pointed at the modem. On the other hand, no one has developed a solution to the problem over the last week. Because of the nature of the tasks at hand, I am forced to rely on the mobile data on my phone, despite the fact that it is about to expire. Furthermore, I am concerned that Vodafone will charge us for these days even though we did not use their service, shifting responsibility for their mistakes onto us. I'm concerned that Vodafone will charge us for these days.
