Vodafone's Disappointing Service Quality

By becoming a Vodafone customer, I made a huge mistake. I switched to their prepaid plan, and everything began to fall apart after only two months. I'm now being charged exorbitant fees and receiving a message that says, "Your number is not available for this type of call." I can't even contact their customer service; whenever I do, they blame it on my device, despite the fact that I've tried different phones with the same result. It's vexing, and I've had enough. Because of this problem, I can't trust them to load any package. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible; customer service does not appear to be concerned. They keep insisting that there is no problem with the system or my device, but their actions show otherwise. I even attempted to load an unlimited social media package, but I'm now stuck in a never-ending loop of errors. This is driving me insane; having such a bad connection is excruciating.
