Vodafone's Disappointing Internet: Despite Paying for 100 Mbps, Receiving Only 10

Regarding the speed of my internet connection, Vodafone's lack of customer service and help is driving me crazy. Even though I pay for 100 megabits, I'm getting maybe 10 megabits, if that. It's not the first time I've complained or tried to get in touch with them. It seems like they could care less. The lack of care and lack of response is really shocking. I've been waiting for them to respond for days, but they haven't, and I can't even get in touch with their customer service. Enough already! I appreciate Vodafone's regrettable service and complete disinterest. But now I'm going to court about it and asking for a refund for the service I didn't get. It's about time that they took their customers seriously and gave them the service they paid for.
