Vodafone Is Expensive and Lacks Customer Service
I have four postpaid mobile lines and have been a Vodafone customer for many years. These lines are under my name, and they are used by my family, which includes my spouse, mother, children, and myself. I chose postpaid lines in order to better control our expenses and know exactly what we'll be paying. However, I've found myself saddled with exorbitant bills. Vodafone's rules are constantly changing, claiming that our contract has expired, that certain features are no longer available, or that our plan is no longer available. It's disheartening to see Vodafone play these games in order to collect more than a year's worth of bills in just three months. I believe that having a clear and transparent billing system is critical. I'm ashamed that I had to vent my rage on the helpless people who work in your call centers. I expect you to refund the charges you collected under the guise of exceeding our plan limits, and I strongly urge Vodafone to implement a billing system that provides clarity and ensures the billed amount is easily understandable.
