Vodafone's Unjust Switch from Prepaid to Postpaid

I bought a prepaid Vodafone SIM card for my son. After 4-5 months of trouble-free service, Vodafone's customer service abruptly switched our prepaid line to a postpaid plan without our knowledge or consent. We learned about the change via text message, and despite numerous calls to customer service, they refused to return it to prepaid. They were evasive in their responses, claiming they couldn't provide a timeline for the switchback. This level of apathy and disdain for customer satisfaction is unprecedented. It's worth noting that the network coverage on the postpaid line they forced on us was poor. I have no choice but to take legal action to protect my consumer rights. Vodafone's handling of this situation has been nothing short of infuriating and has caused us significant inconvenience.
