Problems with Vodafone Billing: High Prices and Slow Connections
I'm disappointed to hear that my Vodafone postpaid contract has expired, and the prices have surged. I was unable to switch to a new plan, and unfortunately, living in an earthquake-prone area means that network disruptions are a common occurrence. I've been disappointed with my inability to receive recommendations for a postpaid package, so I've reluctantly settled for using a prepaid line for the past two months. I'm disappointed that I have to purchase a package twice a month, resulting in a hefty bill of around 500 dollars. I previously lodged a complaint, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. To add to the disappointment, there are incessant network outages.
