I tried three times to activate my e-SIM card at the Vodafone Hilltown store in Istanbul, but it wouldn't work. It was shocking that the staff always put the blame on BTK and didn't want to fix the problem themselves. They didn't bother to look at my phone again, even after several visits. If I can fix the problem at another Vodafone store, I will definitely file a complaint against the worker at Hilltown. They even pushed for a package change that wasn't needed, which turned a possible solution into a way to make money.
