Vodafone eSIM Doesn't Work and No One Helps!!
On June 24, I switched from Turkcell to Vodafone and received an SMS stating that my new line would be active by 20:20. I went to a Vodafone store in Çesme, Izmir, and asked for an eSIM. They told me it would be 200 TL, and I agreed. When I tried to activate it on my phone, however, it did not work. So, reluctantly, I purchased another eSIM for 200 TL. The second eSIM also did not work, much to my chagrin. When I returned to the store, they told me there was nothing they could do because the tablet displayed an error message that said, "You can only change your SIM card a maximum of three times within a month." I called Vodafone customer service about 20 times and went to their stores in IstinyePark and Ozdilek Park Mall to explain my problem. Unfortunately, no one offered to help. I will file complaints against any unhelpful employees, especially those in the call center. It's infuriating that my phone isn't working during the holiday, and no one is taking responsibility. I requested to be directed to someone who could assist me during my tenth call, but it turned out to be another disappointment. "If it says one month there, you have to wait one month," a call center representative told me. Nobody is taking responsibility for this problem. Even Emin, the employee at Ozdilek Park, was rude, stating, "We can't resolve this issue; we received special instructions from Atlas." Please activate my line as soon as possible.
