Vodafone eSIM Doesn't Work and No One Helps!!
On June 24, I switched from Turkcell to Vodafone and received an SMS stating that my new line would be active by 20:20. ...I went to a Vodafone store in Çesme, Izmir, and asked for an eSIM. They told me it would be 200 TL, and I agreed. When I tried to activate it on my phone, however, it did not work.
