I purchased a Vodafone E-SIM card and successfully linked it to my phone. However, shortly after changing my phone, I attempted to reconfigure it using the same QR code, only to receive a warning that the code was no longer valid. Frustrated, I contacted customer service, spoke with at least five different representatives, and to my dismay, none of them had a clue about resolving the issue. To make matters worse, since they had assigned the E-SIM, my physical SIM card stopped working. It's been three days now, and I've paid my bill, but I can't use my line. Customer service redirects me to local stores, where the staff is equally clueless about the problem. I paid 100 TL for the card initially, and it even says, "Keep for future use" on the card. So, does this mean it's a one-time use card, requiring us to pay 100 TL each time? This absurdity aside, all they need to do is activate the QR code they provided. It's a frustrating situation, and it's clear that Vodafone rolled out their E-SIM service without properly training their staff. I find myself explaining E-SIM to some of their employees. Vodafone, which never delays collecting its bills, isn't helping me use the line I've paid for!
