Vodafone Customer Care Services Very Rude And Unhelpful
I called Vodafone Turkey customer care number. It is so hard to just to connect to a damn human being. I am saying I want to connect to customer care, the robot tells me why? I can do everything. Finally, the damn robot gives up and you can dial the correct numbers to connect to a human. But when you connect, the customer care assistant is trying to make a fool out of you. I called them because when I was asleep in 04.47 (LT) there is internet consumption 5 times and each one is 97 mbs. By the way I should mention that I was lucky enough to view my consumption because that function of app doesn't work. They don't want their customer to see how much data/minutes/sms they used. Anyways, when I connect to the person now another trouble begins. Because the customer care assistant tells me that even if my mobile data is on, my internet will be consumed. Thanks grandma I didn't know that. Now average internet speed I get from Vodafone is about 25 mbps. And when this happened, about 500 mb of data were used a minute until it consumed almost 20 gb in a night. And I am using the communication pass which makes WhatsApp, telegram and messenger data won't be used from my allowance. Riddle me this, Vodafone
