Vodafone's Possibly Deceptive Pricing Structure


I'm really fed up with Vodafone, and I'm baffled as to why it's so difficult to reach a customer service representative. Their automated assistant is unable to handle our requests, leaving us in the dark and without proper information. When I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday, I was told that my new tariff would be 209 TL. However, when I checked the Yanmda app today, it showed 298 TL. What makes this possible? This disparity, as well as the lack of clarity in their communication, is driving me insane. I expected more from a reputable telecommunications company such as Vodafone. It's past time they improved their customer service and made certain that their customers received accurate and consistent information. This has been nothing less than a nightmare.
