I've been using Vodafone for my phone plan, and my internet data ran out really quickly in just 2 days. This caused me to go over my data limit, and now my bill is a huge 850 TL (my plan is only 167 TL). Because of my job, I had to reluctantly buy more data (10 GB), but it disappeared really quickly. When I called customer service, they said I was using apps like TikTok and Puhu TV, but I've never used them. But they couldn't show me any proof when I asked for the time and location records of these supposed instances. They told me that they would fix the problem in 2-3 days, but they never checked back with me. They only offered to give back 24 TL as a one-time refund, as a kind gesture, because of the extra charge. The main problem here is that Vodafone is responsible for this issue, and I don't understand why they think I should be satisfied with only 24 TL as compensation for their mistake. Also, I don't understand why they wait until they send the bill to fix the current balance. I'm really confused about how my unused data disappears and how I'm getting charged for activity on apps I never even opened. I noticed that my phone used data while I was asleep or not even using it. If Vodafone doesn't fix this issue by the end of the month, I'll take the case to either the Consumer Arbitration Board or the General Directorate of Information Technologies through legal means. Please stop sending me unnecessary "we are looking into it" messages. Just solve the problem and then get in touch with me. I'm going to keep spreading this embarrassing situation everywhere until the problem is completely fixed.
