Vodafone Gave Me Call Quality and Signal Issues for Weeks

I’m experiencing a serious network issue with Vodafone—calls are cutting in and out, and it’s been embarrassing. It’s so bad that I can’t even resolve the problem through the so-called digital assistant in their ‘Yanımda’ app. I can’t reach Vodafone customer service either, because even though my signal appears strong, the call quality is so poor that conversations are unintelligible. I’m just left waiting, unable to handle my tasks, at the mercy of this operator. I tried to spin the gift wheel in the app and get some things done, but I noticed that 1 GB of my 10 GB internet package was gone within 30 minutes, just from trying to research the network issue. Every time my contract is about to expire, the internet slows down, but I’ve unfortunately continued with this operator because the package price seemed reasonable. Now, however, things have gotten much worse. What is the cause of these issues, and when will they be fixed? How am I supposed to make up for the work I couldn’t complete on time? I’m being seriously inconvenienced.
