Vodafone Red Advantage 30GB Ultra Are Not Limited, They Charge Money

Through the Vodafone Yanımda app, I bought the Red Advantage 30GB Ultra package. It said on the box that it came with 30 GB of internet, 3000 minutes, 250 SMS, and unlimited use on YouTube®, Instagram®, Facebook®, Spotify®, and WhatsApp®. It turns out, though, that the social media packages for YouTube.com and Instagram are not unlimited, even though that's what I was told when I bought them. Why is this happening to me? I don't use the internet for much else besides social media. Even so, I have to keep buying extra packages and the way it's done seems to be misleading. How can we deal with this and make things right? Is it necessary to go to court when my regular internet goes down while I'm on social media?
