Vivo Y22s Screen Cracked Because Media Markt Sold Me Weak Protector
I purchased my Vivo Y22s phone about a month ago from the Media Markt store in Midtown Shopping Mall. When I bought the device, the store applied a plastic screen protector. However, shortly after, my phone fell, and this protector failed to prevent damage; about a quarter of the screen cracked, although the phone is still functional. When I visited a phone repair shop, I was told that the protector applied by the store would not protect the screen and that a stronger one should have been used. They then installed a new protector, and I incurred an additional expense of around ₺300–₺400 for the protector or screen repair. I was not provided with any information regarding warranty, product exchange, or quality at the time of purchase. My current expectation from Media Markt is that stronger, higher-quality screen protectors be installed on Vivo Y22s phones sold in the store, and that my cracked screen be replaced free of charge. I request that my grievance be resolved and that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar issues for other customers.
