Vivense TV Stand Mix-Up - Wrong Brand Delivered and Return Hassle
On June 9, 2024, I ordered a Henry TV stand with cabinet in anthracite (ZM3-364) from vivense.com, with order number cc8707001523. The item was delivered on July 9, but to my surprise, it wasn't a Vivense product—it was from a different brand altogether. The next day, on July 10, the assembly team came and set up the unit. Upon inspection, they noticed scratches and wear on the product, so they immediately initiated a parts replacement request.
Given the long wait time for the product and the extended period we'd already waited for its arrival, we decided to request a return. We submitted this request through the vivense.com form. Initially, they claimed we had exceeded the 14-day return window, which was incorrect as I had written to them the very next day after delivery. Then, they stated they couldn't accept the return because the unit had been assembled. Even when I offered to disassemble it, they still haven't initiated the return process. It seems they might be deliberately stalling to run out the 14-day return period.
This experience has completely put me off Vivense. Once this ordeal is over, I'll be canceling my membership. I've never encountered a company so incompetent and intent on complicating matters.
