Vivense Canceled My Freya Mirror Hall Stand Order On The 40th Day
On November 5th, I purchased the Freya Mirror Hall Stand with Sliding Doors in Anthracite from Vivense. My order number is d95606555669. Despite numerous emails, the responses I've received are far from satisfactory. They keep telling me they're waiting for production updates. On November 29th, they claimed production was complete, and it would be shipped soon. The following week, I was informed that the courier didn't make pickups, and they were awaiting the next week for the collection. This cycle continued, with the latest promise being pickup until December 12th. The person responding to my emails lacks information, isn't helpful, and seems uninterested. A 37-day delayed order doesn't seem to bother anyone. I can't find anyone to talk to over the phone. I'm sure they're expecting me to cancel my order. We're also in the e-commerce business, and I swear I've never seen service like this. I will never shop at Vivense again and won't recommend it to anyone. To those reading this, I urge you: if you don't want to go through a nerve-wracking experience like mine, never place an order with them. They'll probably respond with an automated message, spewing irrelevant details. They'll say they responded to my email and that they're waiting for the courier. I'm bracing myself for another crisis.
