Vivense Ignored My Return Requests and Provided Contradictory Information

Dear Vivense Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my return process. Since receiving the product, I have submitted two return requests, yet I have not received any response. The difficulty in reaching your customer service team has been overwhelming, as I am only able to interact with an AI-based system, which has been entirely unhelpful. I even visited your physical store for assistance, only to be told that a return was not possible. According to your website, a "change of mind" return is allowed with a 30% deduction, but your responses so far suggest that my return request will be completely denied. These contradictory statements are concerning and undermine my confidence in your commitment to customer satisfaction. The delay in processing my return is completely unacceptable. I urge you to take this issue seriously and process my return immediately. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate the issue by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
