Vivense Is Not Refunding My Money!!
After more than a month, Vivense has yet to return my money! Despite multiple emails to the customer service person, I have not received a single response. It's almost impossible to reach them by phone. This is simply unacceptable. No one should be withholding my money. There is no product, no communication, no accountability. I insist that this matter be rectified immediately. This lack of service and honesty is unacceptable.
