One Month Passed And My Canceled Vivense Order Hasn't Been Refunded Yet
On November 20, I ordered a corner sofa and wardrobe from Vivense. Even though I canceled my order on November 22, as of today, December 18, my money has still not been refunded. First, I sent them an e-mail about the issue, and a few days later they contacted me and said that they could add it to my Vivense balance instead of refunding my money. I stated that I did not want it and requested that my money be returned to my bank. In the meantime, I sent an e-mail again (because it is difficult to find a customer representative or any other contact person other than an answering machine that sends you links, they only call you if they want) and stated that I wanted my money to be refunded and the refund was still not made to my bank. I received a reply e-mail stating that they would forward it to the relevant department, but I did not get any results. During this time, I paid the first installment of my order, which I canceled before even starting to prepare and would never receive it. I filled out the form on the subject again and stated that such situations are behavior that damages the image that brands have worked hard to create for years, and that I wanted my money to be refunded as soon as possible, and that I started paying the installments of my canceled order. I still haven't heard back from them. If I am not contacted by the morning of Wednesday, December 20, I hereby inform that I will seek my rights within the framework of the Turkish Republic Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, starting from the Consumer Arbitration Committee and all relevant institutions.

Finally they refunded my Money. After the complaint, they responded and reached me quickly, thanks for that. Nevertheless, ı shouldn't had been in this situation in the first place.
