Vivense Did Not Deliver My Lora Sofa Set Completely and Left My Table Damaged




I bought the Lora sofa set and dining table from Vivense, expecting everything to go well, but honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with what I got. When the dining table arrived, three different parts were broken. Of the three issues, only one has been sorted out so far, while the other two are still hanging in the air, even after I've tried to check in on them multiple times. I ordered a set with two 3-seaters and two single armchairs, but only the two 3-seaters showed up. The two armchairs still haven't shown up, and there's been no solid news about when they'll get here. I really don’t get how a company like Vivense, which is so well-known, can mess up a single order this badly.
1 - Vivense finally replaced one of the three broken parts of the dining table they delivered damaged, after a month. There are still two table tops (parts) left to be replaced, which come out from the middle of the dining table. Vivense, who delayed the delivery by about a month, could only bring one of the missing parts a month later. If we assume they will bring the other part a month later as well, the dining room set I bought on March 29 will hopefully be complete by June 29. Exactly 4 months 👏👏👏 2- a) Regarding the Lora sofa set I also bought from Vivense, they managed to solve one of the two major issues, so I want to show my appreciation and thank them for that. Two of my armchairs were forgotten during delivery, but thankfully they brought them within a week... B-) Of the 2 three-seater sofas and 2 armchairs delivered, the cushions of one of my three-seater sofas are different from the other three pieces. While the cushions of the other pieces are firm and do not sink in when you sit, the cushions of one three-seater are soft and you sink in when you sit. I had the delivery team confirm this as well. They also acknowledged this issue. In short, I think the cushions are a manufacturing defect. Even though I tried for days to reach sales support, I was not successful. They kept saying they were forwarding me to the relevant team... As a result, too much 'attention' led to neglect, and no one cared... I didn't give up; by sending videos, etc., I requested a record to be opened for the replacement of the three-seater, stating that the cushions were a manufacturing defect. They said they would open a record, said it, said it, etc., etc., etc.—hopefully they will... But I don't really think so. The cushion is one of the most important elements in a sofa... If that's faulty, what else is left... I am calling out to Vivense... Solve these problems of mine or I swear I won't even walk past your stores again. I promise. Lately, I keep repeating these four sentences: 1- 'Buying from Vivense is regret.' 2- 'Vivense is disappointment.' 3- 'If you want trouble, Vivense is enough.' 4- 'If you want to be disgraced with your own money, Vivense is enough...' For three whole months, you haven't let me have any peace, and I want to express that your brand and the sets I see in my living room right now do not appeal to me at all... You have an amateur approach far from professionalism... I realize now that you should never compromise on quality... Let it cost a bit more, but quality is a must... And unfortunately, the name of quality is 'No Vivense.'
