Vivense Bedroom And Youth Room Sets Delivered Late With Missing Parts
We purchased two youth room sets and one bedroom set from Vivense. Although they said the delivery would be on October 15, as of October 29, the order still hasn’t been fully delivered. Not only did it arrive late, but some of the parts were also missing. For example, the second youth room still doesn’t have the top panel of the wardrobe, and the lower sections and nightstand are missing. Vivense’s own team couldn’t assemble the desk, so the manufacturer had to come and do it themselves. In the bedroom set, the wardrobe couldn’t be assembled because the bottom and top panel connectors were broken. They don’t seem to be properly tracking their products.
There are still unfinished products, it's a very bad brand and very bad service. People should think twice before buying products from Vivense.
