VivaVideo Auto-Subscription Refund Complaint

Even though I used the free version of the VivaVideo app only once, a charge of $79 was taken from my credit card on 13/11/2025 because I had not deleted the app. I did not receive any warning or notification inside the app, and I never gave any kind of approval for a subscription.

After the charge was made, I tried to contact customer support, but the support channels are only in English and I couldn’t reach any representative. When I spoke with my bank, I was told that I needed to contact the app developer. I canceled the subscription from my iPhone, but I did not receive any refund or confirmation message from the app or from the App Store. Throughout this process, I have been inconvenienced, and money was taken from my account even though I did not benefit from any service.

The transaction took place in Istanbul, and the last four digits of my credit card are 4390. I request a full refund of the $79 that was taken from me without justification.
