GCash Unauthorized ₱699 Auto Debit – Refund Still Under Investigation

I am filing a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized auto debit from my GCash account by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. On November 01, 2026, an amount of 699.00 was deducted from my GCash balance under merchant reference AD2116760977662771200. I did not subscribe to any service, did not click any payment link, and did not approve any transaction related to this merchant. I have no prior relationship, subscription, or agreement with HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, so I consider this an unauthorized or fraudulent charge taken from my GCash account without my consent. I have already contacted GCash support through the app, and I was informed that the case is currently “under investigation”, but so far I have not received any clear explanation or resolution. I am attaching a screenshot of the transaction and the payment confirmation message as evidence of the unauthorized deduction. I respectfully request that the full amount of 699.00 be refunded to my GCash account and that this merchant be permanently blocked from charging my account again. I also ask that this incident be properly investigated so that similar unauthorized deductions do not happen again to me or to other GCash users. I am expecting a prompt and concrete resolution to this issue.
