GCash Deducted ₱699 for a Visionfy Service I Never Used

On October 3, 2026, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash account for a payment to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED / Visionfy, even though I have never registered to Visionfy, started a free trial, or agreed to any subscription or service with this company. This is an unauthorized transaction and I did not give any consent or authorization for this charge. I am requesting that the full amount of ₱699 be refunded to me and that any existing subscription or service linked to my data be cancelled so that no further deductions are made in the future. I am also requesting a review of this transaction and information on how my account details were used for this payment without my permission.
