Refund 100% Of My Money
On October 24, 2026 at around 11:00 p.m., an amount of 699.00 was charged to my GCash account by “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” without my knowledge or consent. I did not subscribe to any service, did not click on any subscription button, and did not authorize this transaction in any form. After seeing the unauthorized charge on my GCash transaction history, I tried to look for any confirmation email, subscription details, or contact information for this company but could not find anything. I also received an SMS from GCash confirming that a payment of 699.00 PHP to this company was successfully processed, even though I did not approve it. Because of this, I have not been able to reach the company directly to resolve the issue. I request that 100% of the amount of 699.00 be urgently and fully refunded to me and that any subscription or recurring payment started without my clear and explicit consent be immediately cancelled. I also expect written confirmation that the refund has been processed and that no further charges related to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” will be made to my account.
