Visionfy Unauthorized GCash Auto-Debit and Refund Request

I recently discovered an unauthorized auto‑debit transaction linked to a Visionfy subscription on my GCash account. On October 3, 2026 at 8:01 AM, an amount of 699 was automatically deducted from my GCash wallet by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this auto‑debit, nor did I knowingly subscribe in a way that would allow Visionfy or the related billing company to automatically take money from my GCash balance. This situation has caused me financial inconvenience and concern about the security of my account. I request that the full amount of 699 be refunded to my GCash wallet and that any auto‑debit or recurring payment linked to Visionfy or HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED be immediately cancelled so that no further unauthorized charges occur.
