Viomi v5 Pro Troubles: Unfair Repairs for Faulty Robots

I bought the Viomi v5 Pro in February and haven't used it much since. The robot is supposed to be a smart device that can talk and take commands, but it unexpectedly displayed an error message about the mainboard getting wet. I contacted customer service, hoping to resolve the problem without incurring any additional charges because I had not mishandled the product. They insisted, however, that it was a customer error. Now comes the difficult part. Despite the fact that I did not drop or damage the robot in any way, I am being asked to pay for repairs. Byfix IT Industry and Trade Company, the service center, claims it was a customer error and insists on replacing the mainboard, demanding a repair fee nearly equal to the cost of the robot itself. It begs the question: Why should customers bear the brunt of repair costs if the Viomi v5 Pro is faulty due to manufacturing flaws? Many others are experiencing the same issue, and we are all being asked to pay for a problem that we did not cause.
