Viomi S9 Robot Vacuum Wi-Fi Connection Error

My Viomi S9 robot vacuum started having a fan issue just six months after I bought it. I sent it for repairs, and it just came back today. Another issue has arisen - the Home button is unresponsive and resetting is not an option. Pressing both the Power and Home buttons at the same time doesn't seem to do anything. It's not able to connect to Wi-Fi either. It's quite peculiar that it malfunctioned immediately after being serviced. Viomi has proven to be a disappointing decision.
