Constant Charging Problems with the Xiaomi S9 Robot Vacuum Cleaner

I recently bought the Viomi S9 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and was unhappy with its performance. Even though it has been serviced five times, the machine is constantly running out of power, and the problem has not been resolved. The machine has been in service for the majority of its life, and the problem persists. I'm so frustrated that I'm considering smashing the machine. Because the problem persists despite repeated attempts to resolve it, there must be a serious engineering flaw that has not been identified. I regret buying this product and would not recommend it to anyone. It is not worth the time, effort, or money to invest in a machine that does not function properly. The Viomi S9 was an unfortunate and costly mistake that I regret.
