Dyson V11 Battery Failure Left Me Waiting For a Solution With No Resolution

Given its high price, I bought a Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner anticipating first-rate operation. The vacuum was useless nevertheless since the battery stopped running. When I contacted Dyson Turkey, they informed me the battery was out of stock and they had no estimate of when it would be available. Although I have been waiting for a solution for some time now, the state of affairs stays the same. That a brand as respectable and upscale as Dyson cannot provide a basic spare part like a battery is annoying. Given a good marketed at such a premium, this is a significant flaw. The absence of after-sales service is unsatisfactory and much below what I would have expected from Dyson. Although I hope this problem is fixed quickly, this encounter has definitely made me less confident about the brand.
Progress
I have been unable to obtain a battery for my Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner for nearly 2 months, and I am complaining about the Dyson brand, which has made no attempt to provide a solution or compensation. I am astonished that a battery cannot be supplied for such a long time for a vacuum cleaner that is still on sale.

Just calling and saying the battery is out of stock and it's not clear when it will be available does not solve the problem. I have been waiting for a battery for weeks. From now on, I will share this grave situation on all communication platforms to avoid buying or recommending any Dyson products. It's a shame for Dyson customers.
