After canceling on Vio.com, I did not receive a refund — how can I pressure them to get it?

If you cancelled your Vio.com reservation and didn't get your money back by the due date, you can get the company to speed up the process by doing these useful things:

• Look over your booking terms and conditions to make sure you know if the deposit was refundable and how long you have to request a return. Remember to keep the notice of the cancellation and the proof that you paid.

• There are several ways to get in touch with Vio.com:
– Through the help form at https://www.vio.com.
– By emailing [email protected] with your booking number, the date you want to cancel, a copy of your bank account, and a request for a refund right away.

• Call your bank. If you don't hear back within 7 business days, ask for a chargeback and show proof that the service was properly canceled but the company did not refund the money.

• Keep copies of all the texts, emails, and screenshots you send and receive in case you need to take the claim to a higher level.
