First, check whether the buyer has marked the order as “everything is fine.” If they haven’t, Vinted will wait up to 2 days after delivery to release the funds automatically.
To accelerate this:
Politely contact the buyer through the chat, reminding them to confirm receipt.
Make sure the package tracking shows “delivered,” as Vinted relies on this status.
Verify that your bank details, especially the IBAN, are correctly entered and verified.
If everything is in order and Vinted still hasn’t paid, it’s worth contacting support through the app under Help Center > Contact Us. Some users report responses within 48–72 hours, though it can take longer.
It’s also a good idea to check the payment folder in the app to see whether the status is “Pending” or “Transferred.”
