888sport Locked My Account With Money In It, Gave Me No Explanation

888sport represents a letdown all around. They suddenly turned off my account when I still had money in it, and they hardly even bothered to write an email or any form of justification. I learned only when I tried to log in and discovered I couldn access my account. Seeking some responses, I called customer service, but the agent I spoke with was absolutely unhelpful. He simply informed me it was a "internal decision" and he had nothing he could have done or advised. How is it even acceptable? My money still resides in the account, and they show no actual help. They seem to be able to keep people's money while just closing accounts if they so choose. Having this experience, I would not trust 888sport once more.
