I bought the Mi Robot Vacuum-mop from Migros Virtual Market, and despite having it serviced twice, it still doesn't work properly. I asked for a replacement, but they returned it with no changes. It is extremely inappropriate for a company to inconvenience its customers in this manner. I demand an end to my ordeal. My experience with the Mi Robot Vacuum-mop has been frustrating. It's frustrating to have a product that repeatedly fails to function properly, especially after having it repaired at a service center.
