ViewSonic Monitors Fail Right After Warranty Expiration
Our company uses approximately 40 ViewSonic monitors, all from the 24-inch series and consisting of multiple different models.
Of these monitors, which we purchased between 2023 and 2024, five units became completely unusable immediately after their warranty period ended due to issues such as panel burn-in and severe display distortion. The fact that defects like panel burn-in—issues that are directly related to product quality—appeared right after the warranty expired raises serious concerns about the long-term durability of these products. It also leads us to question whether ViewSonic may be engaging in planned obsolescence.
We respectfully request a clear explanation regarding this situation and, if possible, a solution that would address our losses as a corporate customer.
