Samsung Smart Monitor M7 Stopped Working Right After Warranty Expired
We have been happily using the Samsung Smart Monitor M7 43" since December 2022. The monitor was working perfectly this morning, but when I tried to turn it on in the evening, it would not power on, and the light did not turn on either. I tried using a different remote control, cable, and socket, but nothing changed. The fact that the monitor stopped working so soon after the warranty expired is concerning. This raises questions about the durability of the product and whether similar issues might arise for other users. As a loyal Samsung customer, I trusted the brand for its quality and reliability. Since it is only one month out of warranty, I am requesting Samsung to address and resolve this issue.

Produce a faulty product. Let the product break down just 1 month after the warranty expires, meaning it breaks down in 2 years. Don't care about anything. Ask for 6000 TL for the motherboard. Since the product price is 9000 TL, the product becomes worthless. And we continue to buy Samsung like this. They probably think people are stupid.
