Victoria Secret Sent Missing Product
Half of the products I purchased from the Victoria's Secret Company website were not included in the package (Order number: 448VP9368I). I informed the company via email on May 10 and took photos of the products that arrived. In every meeting I had with customer representatives (on May 15, 16, 20, and 22), I was told that the camera records would be examined and that my application was under review. However, there was no response to my request, and the missing products were not sent. I am complaining about the company and requesting that they send my missing products immediately.
