Victoria’s Secret Online Order Missing—No Updates or Customer Support
I placed an order on Victoria’s Secret’s online store on January 29, 2025. According to the system, my order was shipped on January 30, 2025, yet despite multiple calls to customer service, I have received no updates on the whereabouts of my package.
Each time I contacted support, I was told I would receive a follow-up, but no one has reached out. This level of carelessness from a global brand is unacceptable. After researching, I found that many other customers have had similar issues, proving that this isn’t just an isolated incident—it’s a pattern of neglect and poor service.
I demand an immediate update on my order or a full refund. Victoria’s Secret, take responsibility and stop ignoring your customers!
