Missing 7 Items from Victoria's Secret 7-for-3 Underwear Deal

Between September 19-22, I took advantage of Victoria's Secret’s 7-for-3 underwear promotion, purchasing 7 pairs of underwear, a sweatshirt, and sweatpants for a total of 9 items. However, when my package arrived, all 7 pairs of underwear were missing. When I contacted customer service, they insisted the underwear was in the box, but the box was intact, and the items were definitely not inside. Victoria's Secret has not acknowledged the missing items or taken any steps to resolve this. I've never experienced such an issue in all my online shopping, and this has been a huge disappointment. If I don’t receive a response within a few days, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
