Victoria's Secret Order Lost in Transit & No Customer Support

My most recent purchase from Victoria's Secret has left me really frustrated, and I am writing to convey my feelings. Over a month has passed since my order—which I placed on January 20, 2023—was not updated nor delivered.

I found out that my order was sent to an entirely different address than the one I gave when I checked its status. What this implies is that I am currently without the products I had hoped for, while they are en route across the nation.

I'm really upset with how Victoria's Secret handled my order and perplexed by this logistical error. Not only did they not notify me of the delay, but they also sent my stuff to the wrong place.
