Unable to Exchange Victoria's Secret Bra for a Different Size or Model

I ordered a bra from Victoria's Secret through the app, but the size I received is too small. Unfortunately, the size I need is not available online, and the store is refusing to accept an exchange. Additionally, I cannot exchange it online for a different model either. Since I purchased the bra during a discount, the refund amount does not cover the cost of a similar product at full price.

I find it incredibly frustrating that there is no solution for exchanging the item, whether in-store or online. I request that Victoria's Secret allows me to exchange the product at a store or online for a different model of equivalent value. Please resolve this issue promptly.
