I Face 1-Month Delay and Wrong Product in Victoria’s Secret Online Order

I placed an order on the Victoria’s Secret Turkey website with order number 729FC7883U for lingerie item code VS2693932820. Although I selected the non-printed version of the product, I was informed that it was out of stock and was offered an exchange instead. I accepted the exchange, but this time, the wrong product was sent to me.

Throughout this process, I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but either received no response or was contacted after long delays. This issue has now been ongoing for about a month, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I paid for my order by credit card.

I request that the correct item be sent immediately, or alternatively, that I receive a full refund for my purchase. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
