Victoria’s Secret Size Exchange Delayed for a Month – No Updates or Resolution

About a month ago, I requested a size exchange for a product from Victoria’s Secret, but it still hasn’t been shipped. I had a hard time reaching customer service, and while the exchange appears to have been approved on 10.07.2024, as of today, 07.08.2024, no further action has been taken.

When I called customer service, they assured me that they would get back to me, but I haven’t received any follow-up. If the size exchange cannot be processed, please issue a refund instead. I need this matter resolved urgently.
