Missing Shampoo Gifts in Vichy Dercos Order from Trendyol

I ordered Vichy Dercos products from Trendyol, and my order was supposed to include free gift shampoos. Despite ordering two shampoos, I only received the gifts for one. I’ve seen many similar complaints in the reviews, and I’m starting to suspect that the seller on Trendyol might not be an official distributor. I’m requesting access to the camera footage from the packaging and processing stages of my order to verify what happened. Please address this issue and provide the missing items or an explanation.
