Viagogo Withholds Payment Without Valid Reason, Request Solution

I sold tickets for a FIFA World Cup match held on 19 June 2026 through Viagogo. The match has already taken place and Viagogo initially confirmed that my payment would be made within 5–8 business days after the match. They have also acknowledged that they made an error in relation to my payment, yet despite this admission and the time that has passed, I still have not received any payment for this sale. My order number is 637299875. In the email I received from Viagogo, the payment process is described, but despite this explanation and the time that has passed since the event date, no payment has been made to me. This situation is causing both financial loss and loss of trust in the platform. I request that the payment for my ticket sale be made to me immediately and that I be compensated for the delay and inconvenience caused. I kindly ask you to review my case urgently and inform me in writing.
