I Bought a Real Madrid vs Arsenal Ticket on Viagogo but Never Received It
On April 12, 2025, I purchased a ticket on Viagogo.com for the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal match between Real Madrid and Arsenal, scheduled for April 16. Right after the purchase, I received a message saying that my ticket would be emailed three days before the game. But now, with the match just around the corner, I still haven’t received anything.
I checked the tracking info linked to my order, and now it says the ticket will be delivered on the day of the match—which completely contradicts what I was told before. Even worse, it now says that the ticket hasn't even been issued yet!
I’ve traveled all the way from Uzbekistan to Madrid, Spain, just for this game. How is this acceptable? This is not just frustrating—it’s beyond unprofessional. Viagogo, this situation is unacceptable and has caused extreme stress and anxiety.
I demand you send my ticket immediately or offer a full refund and a formal explanation. You advertise a secure ticketing process—now prove it. Don’t leave international customers stranded at the gates.
