I purchased a ticket for the M***** O**** DJ event held on September 24 through Viagogo. In August, I listed and sold that same ticket on the Viagogo platform. However, even after two months, I still haven’t received the ₺5,000 payment for the sale. The reference code for my transaction is 622424373.
Viagogo only offers online customer support, and their representatives speak exclusively in English, which makes communication extremely difficult. Despite contacting them multiple times, I haven’t received a clear or satisfactory response—most of the chat sessions end abruptly. My account still shows the sale status as “Payment Pending.” The emails I received stated that the payment would be processed within a few days, but even after October 2, there has been no payment made.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and ₺5,000 is not a small amount. I request that Viagogo immediately transfer the payment to my account without any further delay.
